Moving?!?!

So here I am scrammbling to find work.... however amazing how in such an "under staffed" profession such as nursing, the lower mainland has nothing available.... so perhaps I will be moving

haha Yes Valentine's Day... cant decide which is worse... An over-hyped commericalized holiday or a VD.. wait nm.... However taking a poll in Surrey would probably render a faily accurate answer :P

So yes it is Valentine's Day... and I really dont care for it, never have and never will.  I hate it infact, loath it's existence and really would just like it to go away.... Why do you need to prove to your love that you love them on a day when it is expected and usually demanded.... I would rather be surprised when I least expect it, spontaneous love is the best, to show they really do care and they mean it from their heart and not just because hallmark reminded them,

I mean I will never let on to my son that I hate the day, he is only 6(7 in april), so I made up 24 fancy valentine cupcakes, valentine's day cards and little treat bags for all the kids.

Yep.... perhaps one day when I finally meet someone who isnt a total asshat, and all that... I may change my mind, but I have yet to have anyone amazing enough in my life to care for this said "holiday"

So bah humbug to Valentine's day... but if you do have that person... make sure they know how much you care 365 days a year and not just Feb 14th

Relay for Life

Sept 25,2011... I lost my Uncle Mike to his  9 year battle with brain cancer.... you never see that being fundraised eh... Dont get me wrong, cancer is a serious thing, but always breast cancer this and that, pink ribbon here and there... 32million just for breast cancer that one weekend.... but why should it be more important than any other cancer research? I mean I get the logistics of it all and previlence of the disease in our world.... but what about the rest??

Just because brain cancer isnt a major cancer, doesnt mean that people should have to suffer through its debilitating affects!  It made me angry as october was breast cancer month, that they made such a huge deal, yet all other cancers go by the wayside.... so POOF

The Relay for Life is a 12 hour relay, to raise money for ALL cancers! YAY... so this is my way to honor my Uncle Mike, to continue his fight by allowing others to continue theirs!

Toby the wonder Cog

So this cute lil buggar is Toby... he may look like a Kitten, but at 7 months old, this kitten is more like a Dog, or as I call him a Cog, part cat and part dog.

How does this freak of nature work you ask.  Well, this Cog sits on command, begs, walks on a leash, comes when he is called, fetches and shakes a paw.  Yes he is a cat, but he's a dog.... he thinks he's a lap dog, and isnt your typical F YOU owner I want my personal space. He is an attention whore :P

11:11 Make a wish

How many damn years have I been saying this, yet not once has my wish ever come true :p

But it makes me think about what I would truly want if I could actually have what I wished for.

I mean life is pretty all over the place right now, but it will work out soon enough, but really, if I could actually have a wish, what would it be??

Would I use it on myself, or on someone else.  If I used it on myself would that make me selfish? or if I used it on someone else would that make me dumb?

I have an idea of what I would wish for, but it is something modern medical science can't even fix, no solution, no way to avoid the inevidable.

What would you wish for if it were a for sure it would come true?

Been a while!

I believe the last time I actually had a consistant blog was in 2003-2004! 

I figure why not start another one, to get all the crazy thoughts and ideas out of my head and somewhere I can share my twisted mind :P

For example I have recently started a Cupcake business.... wtf I KNOW! haha I make killer cupcakes.... my fave creation thus far is my Cherry Cola Cupcake :D

Anyway, time to whore out my blog address on FB and such, then I will write some more
